A Tale of Two Feathers - Time to read.

Monday 25th January

  • Afterwards use the bird spotting sheet to see how many and what species of birds you can see in your local area. Record what you can see on the sheet.
  • WALT – Spot different species of birds.

Tuesday 26th January

  • Listen to or try and read A Tale of Two Feathers.
  • Have a go at making your own bird feeder to encourage more birds to come into your local area. Follow the instructions on the sheet. You can use lard if you have a peanut allergy (Just melt it a little) (If you don’t have the resources don’t worry just pop the bird seed on the paper plate and place it in your garden.

You will need to keep an eye on what birds visit, for work later in this topic.

Send me a picture of yours and Keep an eye on our Hive page for Mrs Chapman’s.
