Fairtrade Fortnight

Fairtrade Fortnight

Fairtrade Fortnight begins on the 22nd February until Sunday 7th March 2021.

The theme this year is choose the world you want.

Our choices are powerful and can touch the lives of other people all over the world.

The Fairtrade Foundation means farmers receive a fair share for the goods they produce. They also get extra money to develop their community and protect their environment.

Watch the clips to find out more about the Fairtrade Organisation.

Change the world through your choices

In this short film, Claire Arnott from the Fairtrade Foundation, along with some amazing change-makers from St Columba's R C Primary School in Cupar, shows you how you can make a difference in the world through the small choices you make every day.

We would love you to have a go at sharing your vision of the world you want to live in. You never know – your work could end up in an exhibition?!!

“Young people between the ages of 5 and 25 are invited to share their vision of the world they want for farmers and workers worldwide, and the planet we share.

Create your vision for the world you want, for the planet and everything on it, to celebrate Fairtrade Fortnight 2021.

Share your artwork, poem, prose or film for a chance for your work to be exhibited in the online Youth Exhibition at the Choose the world you want festival between 22 February and 7 March 2021”
