During your time at home, it is really important to keep active. Here you will find some examples of things you can do to keep fit, as well as some shorter exercises that might help you to take a break. It is just as important for your brain that you take a break every so often. Get up and move around! Some of you have mentioned to your teachers that you would like to see more PE kind of activities. We will continue to put the Mini Kixx lesson on the Afternoon Work page, but here is where you will find extra bits and bobs for you to choose from!
You will see that I have also attached the two activities documents that we shared as part of Children's Mental Health week. I have just popped them here so you can access them at any time, whenever you need to take a break. You must take care of your mental health as well as your physical health and this is important all year round!
