As promised, here is the final tale from Ancient Egypt, Tales of Gods and Pharaohs. This week's tale is about Cleopatra. I know lots of you chose to do some work previously on Cleopatra, but those of you who chose a different pharaoh, this is a good chance to learn about the last pharaoh of Egypt.
As usual, I have attached a PowerPoint below where you can find some work based on this week's tale. Remember, you do not need to print anything if you don't want to or can't! This week, you have some comprehension questions, vocabulary and speedy retrieval activities and some round up questions. It would be great if you could send in some of your work from this week, particularly the mind maps you create to finish off our book!
I have put another week of Pobble activities on as well for you to have a go at.
Pobble have also set their own challenge for children to complete whilst in lockdown.
Either choose an image from the Pobble document below, or head over to their website to choose a picture to recreate! Have a go at recreating one of the images with your family. You don't have to send your picture off to them but please send them to us so that we can see! There are lots of examples for you to look at for some inspiration as well- have a look before you do yours! https://wakelet.com/wake/ExPJ7SNhFgDni7zKE3lnY
