There are a few different tasks for you to complete this week.
Firstly, log on to your new school's website. Look in their transition section. Read/watch anything they have placed on there to help you with your transition.
Following on from that there is a Journey set of activities. Watch the PPT and then complete the Journey tasks.
Finally, have a go at being Picasso. You'll need a dice and some paper. The instructions are on the sheet - be as creative as you can. If you have time, take a photo and send it to us via the Year 6 email.
